About The Book Concierge?
The Book Concierge was set up by Andy, a lifelong reader who has always enjoyed helping friends find books they might not have discovered otherwise.But finding the right book isn't always straightforward. It can mean hours browsing in bookshops (great for some, not so good for others) or relying on online recommendations that favour what's popular rather than what's personal.The Book Concierge is a simpler alternative. Books are chosen with care, based on what you enjoy and sent with a short note explaining why.

How are the books delivered?
Books are sent carefully packaged, usually from us and occasionally directly from a supplier.
Are all the books in English or can you do other languages?
For now we will only select books written in or translated into English.

The Book Concierge provides a personalised book recommendation and delivery service. Members (except digital reading list members) receive six curated books delivered over a six-month period. Holiday package customers receive four books delivered together.Books are selected based on the information provided in the membership questionnaire and any additional preferences shared by the member.2. Personal Recommendations
Book selections are made in good faith based on the information provided by members. However, reading tastes are subjective and The Book Concierge cannot guarantee that every selection will match a member’s personal preferences.3. Membership and Payment
Membership fees are payable in advance for the full six-month programme unless otherwise stated.4. Delivery
Books are delivered monthly to the address provided by the member. At present the service is available within the United Kingdom.Members are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.5. Refunds and Cancellations
Membership fees are non-refundable once the first book has been dispatched. If there is a problem with delivery or a book arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.6. Changes to the Service
